Wild Bird Dining is my way of combining my love for vibrant world flavours with modern Nordic cooking. I’ve spent over 28 years working as a chef around the world. Starting out in some of Australia’s top hotels and 15 years as a private chef for the British Embassy in Copenhagen and teaching Australian native cooking at Meyers Madhus. I Now cater privately for 5 Ambassadors in Copenhagen and I’m excited to share that experience with you through Wild Bird Dining — a truly unique and intimate culinary adventure.
Growing up in tropical North Queensland, I developed a passion for bold flavours that has inspired my cooking style today. By blending global ingredients with a Nordic twist, I create dining experiences that bring something truly special to the table.
